Video: reducing re-offending in Scotland

By Bob Wylie Scotland’s Justice Secretary, Kenny MacAskill, says a new £7.5m fund is evidence of the government’s determination to reduce re-offending in Scotland. He told a criminal justice conference yesterday that the Change Fund will help break the “revolving door” syndrome of offending which affects most ex-prisoners. He was speaking at a Routes out of Prison conference organised by the Wise Group.
